MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We package every item with extra padding to prevent damage during transit. However, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the shipping service.

- A picture of the damaged product

Once we receive this information, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no charge.
