Returns Policy

We have a 1 week return policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please email us at Contact@luxrlondon.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
